What is the new Aadhaar app?

UIDAI has launched the new Aadhaar app some time ago. Users can log in to this app through biometric authentication. In this app, the user can control which details of his Aadhaar he wants to share. Also, QR based Aadhaar sharing feature is provided in this app. Not only this, Aadhaar will get the facility to lock and unlock Aadhaar in one tap. Apart from this, the facility to easily change address, phone number etc. is also available in the new Aadhaar app. Users can add 5 Aadhar numbers to their Aadhar card.
