Big upgrade possible in Apple’s next MacBook Neo, will surprise with A19 Pro chip and more RAM
Apple MacBook Neo: Apple had launched MacBook Neo in March this year and now according to the reports coming out, Apple may be ready to introduce its next MacBook Neo in a new way. The next MacBook Neo is expected to be a major upgrade rather than a major change and a report has come out regarding this. Based on information shared in Tim Culpen’s Culpium newsletter, it seems that the MacBook Neo is expected to come with the A19 Pro chip with higher RAM in the next version. Let us tell you that A18 Pro chip with 8GB RAM has been used in the current MacBook Neo. It has been introduced as a more affordable MacBook. The reports so far show that it is seeing good sales so far.
A19 Pro chip possible
The next model of the MacBook Neo is likely to feature the A19 Pro chip. It is being told that this is also going to be a part of the upcoming iPhone model. Due to this, it is expected that Apple will adopt the same approach as before and use a slightly modified version of the A19 chip which could be the A19 Pro chip. This basically means that one of the GPU cores can be disabled. The current model already runs on a 5-core GPU instead of six, so it is believed that the same portion can remain in daily use.
This time, instead of making any significant changes in the graphics of its next MacBook Neo, Apple is paying more attention to improving its efficiency and overall performance.
RAM can increase up to 12GB
Along with the chip, RAM is also expected to increase in MacBook Neo. The next MacBook Neo may come with 12GB of memory instead of 8GB. It is closely related to the A19 Pro which is expected to support higher memory. This means that it will be possible for users to run most of the apps better and a slightly smoother performance can be seen in regular use of this device.
Apple will have to handle supply and production for the next model
The next MacBook Neo is expected to arrive sometime next year, but Apple hasn’t confirmed anything yet. It may launch with an updated version with a new chip and more RAM. How it will be priced and when it will actually arrive will depend on how Apple handles supply and production.
