OPPO F33 Series: Oppo is again set to add some phones to its F-series lineup in India. This time it may appear as OPPO F33 and OPPO F33 Pro. These are expected to be launched later this month. According to a report, their launch may take place around the third week of April. There has been no official confirmation yet but this timeline matches with the fact that Oppo usually updates its F-series around this time every year. It is expected that the upcoming model will continue the same approach as the last generation, with some upgrades added at the top end.
What to expect from the OPPO F33 series?
If you look at last year’s lineup, the F31 series came with a bigger battery, faster charging, and stronger safety ratings. It looks like Oppo may continue this idea with the F33 and F33 Pro. According to the report, this time Oppo has focused more on long battery life and durability. You can expect a big battery, fast charging support, and a build that can handle regular wear and tear without any worries. Apart from this, it may include new chipset, minor improvements in camera performance and updated software.
F33 series price and segment
The F33 series is expected to be priced between Rs 25,000 and Rs 35,000. This is the same price range where the previous models were placed. This segment is already a segment with a high presence of phones. Phones from brands like Motorola, Redmi and Nothing are already competing here and each brand is focusing on different things. Some emphasize performance, some focus on design, and other brands highlight the software experience. As far as Oppo is concerned, its focus till now has been a bit different (at least on the F-series). It seems to be focusing more towards battery life and durability rather than trying to stand out based on specifications alone.
What could be different this time-
There may be some changes this time too. The Pro model is likely to have a slightly better chipset, more RAM options and perhaps some improvements to the camera. However, there is still no information about whether Oppo will bring Pro + variant this time or not.
